Just Trying To Do My Part

Hey y'all!
I am a mortgage loan officer. In 2005-06 I published a book about improving credit scores and disputing inaccurate information contained in client's credit reports.
I did some home improvement and began coming across people with poor credit scores who did extensive work to get them into condition to buy or refinance. Eventually I started to do this work for my fellow loan officers and their clients. 18 months ago we began to start keeping people in their homes dispite the loan terms that they had.
It is a great feeling to know that I have contributed and have helped people to keep their homes and avoid that huge loss; financially and to the self esteem.
