I stopped foreclosure on my home and I saved not only my home but my credit. Yes, it's true stopping foreclosure on my home it did take a while but was worth it. I am so thankful this company for helping me to save my home. I still have a place to stay with my family. I would like to answer question from Pathy re: "How did you stop foreclosure sale date?" My answer... with help of this company. First, they stopped foreclosure sale for a month. Next step was to deal with my lender. Of course I needed money for the lender, I was so much behind. I put them together and let loss mitigation department know about this. Soon after that they move forward. I am here, very happy with my family to report this fact. I stopped foreclosure on my home.
Just would like to say a word to every homeowner who face foreclosure. Do not hesitate, use this service. They were always for me to answer my questions. Sometimes I called them two or three times a day. I was nervous. I wanted to know everything and everyday. Foreclosure sale was coming and this was very stressful time for me and my family. There was already foreclosure sale date, correct?
How did you stop foreclosure sale date?
Let us know how did you handle this? I know where you have already sale date, there is not much time to do anything.
We are 5 months behind due to health problem. Lender sent us a letter with foreclosure sale date. We want to stop foreclosure and save our home. We have some savings but lender is not giving us reasonable solution.
I want to hear from you how you are stopping foreclosure and how we can stop foreclosure sale date.
