I am behind on my mortgage.

I am 5 or 6 payments behind on my mortgage.
I have listed a real estate agent to sell my home, but now I am thinking that might not be the best thing to do. Once buyers find out the house is in foreclosure I will never get the "market price".
The balance on the mortgage is $109,900 but the house was assessed at $200,000 a year ago. I have the house listed for $177,500 which means there is $60,000 plus equity in the house.
I have had three operations in the last two years, therefore my income has dropped significantly.
I made $12,700(approximate) in 2005 when I should have made $70,000. I made about $67,000 in 2006 when it should have been about $75,000 and I made about $40,000 in 2006 when it should have been $52,000 which is $20,000 under my "usual"income but I took a job for
$20,000 less just to be working. In the past three years I made about 66% of the income I should have.
Does that qualify me for "paperwork" to the court showing I made less than 75% of what I should have?
I believe I can present the court "paperwork" but I don't know what to ask for in the clerks office at the courthouse. I know I have until March 22 to present that "form" to the court.
I am not working at this time (collecting unemployment) but I have been interviewing like crazy over the past few weeks. I should have a full time and a part time job within the next few weeks.
Please help me find out about the "income" paperwork I need to present to the court asap.
