foreclosureby corey I was told in November that my wife did not want to be married anymore and for me and my son to move out so we did. She stayed in the house until January then filed bankrupcty and moved out. I am now responsible for the house even though I moved out several months ago. My mortgage company told me I could do a Deed In Lieu so I faxed them all the information they asked for. Now Im getting letters from a Law Firm about the house being in foreclosure and the house going up for sale in April. I am now going to be responsible for the fees left after the house sale. I have no idea what to do. I am now paying child support on my 3yr old but I dont receive any help with my 8 year old. I cant afford to pay several thousand dollars worth of leftover fee's.
