Foreclosure Of Mortgage Stopped By Sale

Foreclosure of mortgage can be stopped by a sale. Here is a success story from Karyn C. of Walpole, MA.

2003 the process began. We did everything possible to stop the process from going forward. We immediately listed with a broker. Unfortunately, the house was over his head... it was a million dollar home. Something he was not familiar with.

We went with him because he sold our prior home. We felt he was experienced enough and we put a lot of confidence in him.

Big mistake. Not one hit during the signed agreement.

He went so far behind our backs to consult the listing agent for the present home (when we purchased the million dollar home it was through a woman who handles high end properties) to gather suggestions on how to push the property.

Time was ticking... we consulted with one of those "we buy your property without question". It turned out to be a scam.

Time was still ticking…we called

The female agent worked her butt off. She did a open house for real estate agents. We immediately had interest. 2 buyers were competing against each other.

One of the prospective buyers was a nightmare. Which added such stress to the situation. They wanted everything for nothing.

The other buyer was a breeze who appreciated everything. So yes that was the buyer we went with. We were able to stop foreclosure of mortgage.

What a roller coaster ride. Excitement that we put a stop to the auction. But sadden that I was selling my dream home.

The house was sold at a lose BUT at least it did sell.

My advice, contact an

ethical-foreclosure-solutions. They have brokers familiar with the dollar value of your home (meaning: in my case a broker who handles high end homes) and are familiar with the area.

The first broker was great but not experienced in high end homes. I should have called them in a first place. Thank you, thank you very much.

I do not wish to ever be in that situation again. From that situation I began to rent a house for 2 years.

This past September my 3 children and I are living with my parents to cut expenses and save towards my new house. I am hoping to have a new place by the summer.
