Loss mitigation from Freedom Foreclosure Prevention company was superb. I am so thankful was able to find this foreclosure prevention web site here. They made me feel like they were working only for me. I forgot to be back as I promised to report 'till my neighbor was facing foreclosure on mortgage. Of course, I sent them here for help.
Just to let anyone know, we are very happy. FFPS helped us to stop foreclosure, save our home and we could spend Christmas in our home.
My advice, use this site, send them application, talk to them and foreclosure will stop.

I am trying to get a hold of the loss mitigation dept. without success. I defaulted on my forbearance plan recently. I called them several times.
Nowaq, you are not alone. Ocwens customer service is located in India also - need I say more?
Customer service department outright refused to give me the loss mitigation department's phone number, after requesting it on several occasions.
This is a mess. I don't know what else to do. I want to keep my home. I make enough now to cover my expenses.
I am going to use local-USA loss mitigation service to help me with this foreclosure mess.
I called this company-ethical-foreclosure....
It looks promising. Can wait to get out from this foreclosure mess.

I received 2 letters from my lender telling me they are working on a solution. Now is 2 months.
If this is not foreclosure mess, what is it?
I was trying to do something, sending payments. Naturally they sent them back. I do not want to sit around and do nothing. I have last two months payments pending.
Yes, this is a foreclosure mess in many different ways. I would like to hear some opinions from homeowners going through this foreclosure mess before I decide to use this service. I understand time is running and I should act.
