foreclosure consequences
by: George

Whatever you are going to do be aware of foreclosure consequences. Hope you already read about it here on this site.
To answer to your questions I can say in general:
yes, you might be responsible for all the fees, in addition, foreclosure will be on your credit report and you may face all those foreclosure consequences later.
When I say "might" and "may" it depends on which state you are live in and what are the circumstances with your mortgage and your arrangement if any with your wife.
To give you good advice, find your options and help by talking to this company. If foreclosure sale is in April you still might have a chance to save this home and live in it or at least save your credit.
Good luck!
