My name is Stan and I work as a real estate agent in Ohio. I found this website because I was looking for some information on foreclosure options. Stopping foreclosure is probably one of the best things that people can do for themselves. Above anything else, it helps you to not lose the money you have invested in your home and it helps you to keep your credit score from plunging. I have seen so many people get into homes that they feel they cannot keep because of medical bills, missing a payment or even just losing their job. The American way is to own a home and when something bad happens, you do not have to give it up!
The foreclosure consequences listed here are very important to understand. I work with people every day that are trying to sell their homes desperately and the market is so poor in our area (Cleveland Ohio) that they cannot do it. Instead of giving up your home and your dream, try to work at finding another solution. It is worth it. I know so many people who have thrown away thousands of dollars in equity because they didn’t know! Do what you can to stop foreclosure.

Yes, you can if you try hard enough.
I am real estate agent also and I work with homeowners on daily basis.
There are many reason people face foreclosure but if you get professional help you can stop foreclosure process.
Many homeowners don't want to sell their homes. They come to me and say "we need to sell because we have no other option"
This is not true in many cases.
Read this site and even use their service.You have many alternatives to stop foreclosure to avoid foreclosure consequences.
