Staying Focused on the task at hand...

by Judd Danieolson
(Wisconsin)

Hello folks,

I will make this to the point. I have been doing Loss Mitigation for the last 3 years with FFPS and to tell all the homeowners out there reading this, do yourself a favor and listen up! When a lender tells you they will help you save your home you better be ready for a hard dose of reality. What they are attempting to do is collect a debt. The debt (note) you signed when you bought your home. What I do suggest is that if you are in a foreclosure situation you play along with the lenders to show you have not moved away but do not under any circumstances give them monies towards your arrearages (UNLESS) you can pay it all off the first time you go into negotiations with them, because if you cannot pay it all off then you will get a weak workout plan with them and the charges and penalties will haunt you for along time. You may never get it paid off. This brings me to the title of this letter. If you are like millions of other folks in this situation then I suggest you do this. "Staying focused on the task at hand" means get yourself a good Loss Mitigation company to do the dirty work for you that is what we are for. We know all the games lenders play and you don't I thought you had a life and a job/business to run and trying to work out a deal with someone in the loss mit dept of the current lender you have is not staying on task. Trust me I was there about 6 years ago with my own situation and I would have gladly paid ffps to handle my case had I known the nightmare I was about to get myself in. Keep your family and your job and your sanity intact by staying focused on just those things and make one phone call to

FFPS

to get the help you deserve. Don't let the lenders bully you around dreaming up all kinds of scare tactics to get you to part with funds you may not need to. Remember you signed the note you owe the money but you don't deserve to be treated like someone that doesn't matter. You make a one time payment with a 100% money back guarantee to FFPS for a service they have done 1000's of times before, they know just how to help you and what you will need to do to keep your home from being taken away from you due to a temporary hardship.
I have lots to say about this issue but will end here.

Thanks and be well,

Judd
