Most are only looking for investment properties and are portraying themselves as Professionals interested in 'helping the homeowner'. They're not! At this moment, this is a predatory industry. There are a FEW Loss Mitigation companies acting on behalf of the homeowner - the competition is scarce or non-existent (check your local area).

THESE FAMILIES NEED OUR SERVICE. IT'S A HUGE MARKET WITH LITTLE OR NO COMPETITION but remember!!!!
